The plot consists of a piece of land of 2 roods which contains 18 messuages, and another piece of 1 acre on a site known as Factory Squae or Barrakc Square. These two parcels were formely the property of Walter Fuller (deceased), the father of Walter, William and Frederic Fuller listed above.
