The following day they mortgaged it to the Halifax Building Society for £2256 of which £1209 is still outstanding at the time of this indenture. Dixon and Turner are now selling one of the plots, with dwellinghouse, to Herbert Pritchard for £525, of which £390 is paid to the Building Society, and the remainder to the vendors.
