(Gardener) SUBJECT The document relates to two plots of land totalling 600 square yards on the North Side of Fermor Road, Tarleton, near Preston, Lancashire. We are told that William Abram mortgaged this, with other property, to George Pemberton for £500 in 1924. William Abram has since defaulted on the mortgage, but is able to sell these two plots to Henry Ashcroft for £20, freed of any liability for the mortgage. The plan shows that there are other adjoining properties owned by both William Abram and Henry Ashcroft.
