SUBJECT The document begins by reciting that Elizabeth Howard died in 1910 having appointed James Bretherton and Henry Strickland as her Executors & Trustees. We are also told that the property involved came to her via the Will of her husband, William Howard, and is now in the hands of her Trustees for the ultimate benefit of the same James Bretherton. Accordingly, the Trustees are now conveying it to George Buckley in trust for James Bretherton.
