(Gentleman) SUBJECT Joseph Hindle is selling the residue of a 990 year lease on property at 30 Britain Street, Bury, Lancashire, to George Berry for £52. The latter also takes over responsibility for a mortgage of £168 with the Bury District Cooperative Society. Attached are a) A solicitor's letter to the building society informing them of the change, and b) A license by the Earl of Derby, the original lessor of the land, giving Joseph Hindle permission to sell his house.
