SUBJECT The document relates to a plot of land of 207 square yards on the corner of Cornelian Street and Opal Street, Blackburn, and which contains one dwellinghouse known as number 219 Cornelian Street. We are told that a 999 year lease on this plot (together with other property) was created in 1883 and that an Underlease for the residue of that period came into the hands of James and Peter Bolton in February 1908. Ada Bolton is now buying the residue of that underlease for £240. The adjoining property on the northerly side remains in the hands of James and Peter Botlon.
