The Lancashire Banking Company Limited James BROADBENTof Spring Gardens, Manchester, Lancashire. Bank Manager. Herbert CATTERALL of Lancaster, Lancashire. Bank Manager. The Manchester and Liverpool District Banking Company Limited. The Gynn Estate Company Limited. Edmund WHITELEY of Blackpool, Lancashire. Builder. Emma SHAW of Blackpool, Lancashire, the wife of William Thomas SHAW (Draper) of Blackpool, Lancashire. SUBJECT This document relates to a plot of land in the Township of Bispham with Norbreck, Lancashire. It recites that this plot came into the hands of the Gynn Estate Company in 1902 who mortgaged it to the Lancaster Bank Company in 1905. Since then the Lancaster Bank has been put into liquidation with James Broadbent and Herbert Catterall appointed as liquidators. Its assets have now been sold to the Manchester and Liverpool Bank, who now hold the mortgage on the property. In 1907 Gynn Estates agreed to sell the plot to Edmund Whiteley for £250. The conveyance has not been completed, but Edmund Whiteley has since built 4 houses on the plot. He is now selling 2 of the houses to Emma Ward for £925. It is this final sale of 2 houses which is now being completed. This piece of property is on the North side of the Cavendish Road, Bispham, Lancashire, near the junction with Frederick Street. | ||||||||||||
