Edmund MAYLED of Dinas Powis, Glamorgan. Carpenter. Robert Francis Lascelles JENNER (deceased) of Wenvoe Castle, Glamorgan. Esquire. SUBJECT We are told that James Holme and Henry Birch are acting as the trustees of the Will of Robert Jenner (deceased). Laura Jenner together with these trustees are granting a 99 year lease on property in the Parish of Cadoxeter, Glamorgan, to Edmund Mayled at a rent of £2/10/-d per annum. The property consists of a plot of land 125ft x 30ft on the South West side of Newlands Street, Cadoxeter, on which Edmund Mayled has recently erected a dwellinghouse and stable. There are 4 paper document included which are notifications to the Wenvoe Estate Office of subsequent mortgages and asignments of the property. Evidently, by 1913, it was in the hands of a Mary Mayled. | |||||||||||
