PARTIES John Bird FULLER of Neston Park, Parish of Corsham, Wiltshire. Esquire. SUBJECT This is a Deed Poll executed by John Fuller in which he is merging the Tithes with the Freehold of lands known as Charlfield Ground, in the Extraparochial district of Little Chalfield, Wiltshire. (Previously it would have been possible to sell the Tithes due on the plot separately from the plot itself, but there have been various Acts of Parliament to allow things to be simplified).
