George Isaac PEACHEY of West Green Road, South Tottenham, Middlesex. Butcher. SUBJECT The Indenture relates to two messuages at 183 and 185 Richmond Road, Hackney, Middlesex, on which a 92 year lease was granted in 1853 at a rent of (literally) a peppercorn. Jacob Peachey acquired the residue of this lease in March 1897 and is now mortgaging it to Catherine Fassell for £500. There is an Indenture of Reconveyance of 1901 written on the cover sheet in which George Isaac Peachey pays off the mortgage and the lease is reassigned to him. | ||||||||||||
