Matthew HART of Whetstone, Middlesex. Gentleman. SUBJECT Sir William Middleton is granting a 99 year lease on property in Dalston, Middlesex, to Matthew Hart at a rent of £3/10/-d per annum. It consists of a pair of semi-detached houses on the South side of Middleton Road, on a plot of land adjacent to the Middleton Arms. We are told that the lease is made at the direction of Islip Odell in consideration of the expense incurred by him in erecting and finishng these two houses. In return it seems that the next plot along Middleton Road is to be demised to Islip Odell in exchange.
