SUBJECT
The document begins by reciting the will of William Brockley (who died in 1882) who left his property to his wife Maria and then to his son William Samuel Brockley.

The latter died in 1911 having appointed his wife Ann Brockley together with Frederick Horder and Ernest Fenton as his Executors and Trustees. Ann Brockley died in 1916.

The two remaining Executors are now selling property in the Parish of St Giles Camberwell for £250. The purchasers are Matilda Callam, Alice McColloch, Florence McColloch and Mary Pudney (but we are not told of any connection between these four).

The property consists of 4 house numbers 1 2 3 and 4 Nutfield Road, Camberwell.
