PARTIES
Stephen WILLINGTON of Shirehampton, Parish of Westbury upon Trym, Gloucestershire. Cooper. Joseph SANGLEY formerly of Bristol, Gloucestershire but now of Shirehampton, Westbury upon Trym, Gloucestershire. Gentleman. William Henry SANGLEY of Bristol, Gloucestershire. Gentleman. SUBJECT The document relates to a parcel of 2 acres of land known as Lower Passage Leaze with a dwellinghouse which has been built on it by Stephen Willington. We are told that at various times since 1827 Stephen Willington and his wife Elizabeth have borrowed sums of money totalling £700 from Joseph Sangley on the security of this property. They are now in arrears with the interest and are selling the property to Joseph Sangley for £700 in full satisfaction of their debts. William Henry Sangley appears to act only as some sort of Trustee and plays little real part. | ||||||||||||||
