PARTIES
William HAINWORTH of Hitchin, Hertfordshire, Gentleman Mary Anne HAINWORTH of Hitchin, Hertfordshire, Spinster Louisa HAINWORTH of Hitchin, Hertfordshire, Spinster Sophia BUTCHER of Ippollitts, Hertfordshire, Widow SUBJECT The document begins with a long recital of the will (and equally long codicil) of James Hainworth of Ashburton who died in 1844. It mentions three children of James Hainworth, namely Anne, Charles and William, and ends with much of his personal estate going to Mary Anne Hainworth, Louisa Hainworth and Sophia Butcher who are the daughters of his son William. Money is now being transferred to these three daughters of William Hainworth, and the object of this Deed is to release the executors of further obligation to them. | |||||||||||||
