George MASEFIELD of Ledbury, Herefordshire. Gentleman. James BARRETT (deceased) of Priors Court, Parish of Ledbury, Herefordshire. Gentleman. SUBJECT The document begins by reciting that James Barrett died in 1841 having appointed John Winnall as his executor and trustee. His real estate was placed in the hands of John Winnall for the benefit of his daughter Eliza Rudge for her life, then to her husband, Henry Rudge, for his life, and then to their eldest son. Thomas James Rudge now wishes to defeat the entail in this will and is doing so by transferring the property to George Masefield as trustee., The property concerned consists of the messuage and farm called Temple Court, Bosbury, and also some cottages at Catley Suffield, Bosbury. | ||||||||||||
