SUBJECT
The document begins by reciting that Thomas Master died childless in 1823 having placed the Lordship and lands of the Manor of Barton Regis, Gloucestershire, in the hands of John Thyne, Charles Digby and Philip Hanrott, as trustees. The trustees may only act with the consent of William Chester Master during his lifetime.

These trustees are now selling a cottage with 1 acre of land in the Parish of St George to Abraham Walker for £142. It is on the south side of the turnpike road from Bristol to Marshfield.

Charles Jones is a party to the Indenture, giving his consent to it, for the reason that he holds a lease on the cottage.
