SUBJECT This is the first part of a contract of sale by Lease and Release in which William and Sir Compton Domvile are selling property in the Parish of Newent, Gloucestershire, to John and Margaret Wood. The property consists of 5 named parcels of land totalling about 20 acres. The Domviles reserve the right of passage of horses, wagons and live animals along a lane leading from Bran Green to the Fordhouse. At the time of executing this Indenture, Margaret Wood, lives at The Fordhouse, but, see another of our documents (Reference 0807004), in which she sells this house to the Domviles.
