Joseph Hudson BESWICK of Macclesfield, Cheshire. Gentleman.
George BARTON of Macclesfield, Cheshire. Hatter (?)
Samuel DEAN of Buglawton, Cheshire. Labourer.
John FLEET of Fallybroome, Cheshire. Surgeon.
Thomas Michael COLVILLE of Macclesfield, Cheshire. Gentleman.
Martha HAYMAN (deceased) of Fallybroome, Cheshire. Widow.

SUBJECT
The document begins by reciting that in 1835 Jon Fleet mortgaged property in Fallybroome, Cheshire, to Martha Hayman for £800. Martha Hayman died in January 1846 having appointed Joseph Beswick and George Barton as her Executors. There is, however, an explanation that her great nephew Samuel Dean is her nearest surviving relative and heir.

In this Indenture, John Fleet is repaying the mortgage to the two Executors and the property is being reconveyed to him. The property consists of a dwellinghouse and several parcels of land totalling 4 acres.

Thomas Colville appears to act only as a Trustee and plays little real part.

Note that this is only a draft with many deletions and insertions and is not signed by the parties.
