PARTIES
George PRITCHARD of Broseley, Shropshire. Esquire. Joseph YATE of Madeley. Shropshire. Gentleman. The Rev John BARTLETT of Marnwood, Parish of Madeley, Shropshire. The Rev William Francis COBB of Nettlestead, Kent. SUBJECT The document begins by reciting that Joseph Yate acquired property in Madeley, Shropshire, in 1848. He immediately mortgaged it to George Pritchard for £5,000. Of this sum, £2,500 has since been repaid. A portion of that property is now being sold to John Bartlett for £1,650, of which, £1,500 will be paid direct to George Pritchard for to further reduce the mortgage. The property totals 25 acres and is detailed in a schedule which lists 11 parcels of land, each identified by its number on the tithe map. William Cobb acts only a Trustee and plays little real part. | ||||||||||||||
