Sarah TAYLER (formerly Nettleton, Wiltshire) now of Killcott, Parish of Hawkesbury, Gloucestershire. Widow. Jane TAYLER of Killcott, Parish of Hawkesbury, Gloucestershire. Spinster. Ann TAYLER of Killcott, Parish of Hawkesbury, Gloucestershire. Spinster. George YEELES of Nettleton, Wiltshire. Yeoman. SUBJECT The document begins by reciting the Will of James Isaac Tayler, who died in 1818, in which he appointed his wife Sarah as Executor, and named his two daughters Jane and Ann as Beneficiaries. We are told that James Tayler has acquired 15 acres of land in Nettleton, Wiltshire, in 1812. He mortgaged this land for £500 in 1816, and then in 1824, the mortgage was transferred to George Yeeles. In 1825 Sarah Tayler borrowed a further £200 from George Yeeles. She is now selling the property to George Yeeles or £1020, of which he will retain £700 to pay off the two mortgages. | |||||||||||
