Summary of contents:
PARTIES George Ernest LOWER of North Villa, Darlington, Durham. Later of Ivy Cottage, Wine Street Terrace, Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire. Susan Harriett SYMES of Oakbourne, Parish of Writtle, Chelmsford. Essex. SUBJECT The document relates to a plot of building land of 74ft x 590ft which forms part of the Peacehaven Annex Estate, parish of Piddinghoe, Sussex. It is known as Block No 63 and is on the South side of Glymn Road. In the main Indenture of September 1921, this plot is sold by by the South Coast Land and Resort co Ltd to George LOWER for £75. Then a second (typescript) Indenture of November 1921 added on the back records that George LOWER then sold it to Susan SYMES for £100. Note that in September 1921 George LOWER gave his address as in Darlington, but by November he was living in Bradford on Avon.
