The property consists of a plot of land of 327 square yards on the North side of Moor Street, Rusholme, together with the dwellinghouse at 39 Moor Street. A lease of 1000 years had been granted on this property in 1839. In the second Indenture of 1881 the mortgage has been paid off and the lease is being reassigned to Thomas Burroughs.
