It is described as building land and is a plot of about 380ft x 180ft on the corner of Chorleywood Road and Loudwater Hill. The buyer undertakes to build no more than one house on the plot, the site of which is marked on the plan. The property appears to come into the hands of Ada Peck (then Ada Lincoln) in 1909.
