SUBJECT The Indenture relates to two houses in New Cross Road, Parish of St Paul, Deptford. We are told that in 1851 a 79 year lease was granted to Alexander Parker on property and that at that time the two houses had been recently erected by him. The rent was £10 per annum after the first year. Alexander Parker is now selling the residue of the lease to Frederic Chapman for £950.
