PARTIES
George ALSOP of Uttoxeter, Staffordshire. Surgeon. John TUNNICLIFF the Elder of Eccleshall, Staffordshire. Gentleman. John TUNNICLIFF the Younger of Eccleshall, Staffordshire. Gentleman. Roger WARNER (deceased) of Bramshall, Staffordshire. Gentleman. The Rt Hon Edward JERVIS Viscount St Vincent Thomas JERVIS of Middle Temple, London, Esquire. SUBJECT Note that George Alsop and the two Tunnicliff are acting as Trustees of the Will of Roger Warner. We are told that in this capacity they sold property in Stoke in the Parish of Stone, Staffordshire to the two Jervis in August 1835. Complications have arisen and this is a covenant by the Trustees to produce documents or do anything else that may be required in the future to help justify the Jervis title to the property. | |||||||||||||
