PARTIES James Henry ROBINSON of Darlington, Durham Commercial Traveller and Lucy Hannah ROBINSON, his wife Harriet EMMERSON of Darlington, Durham. Spinster SUBJECT James and Lucy Robinson are mortgaging property in Darlington to Harriet Emmerson for £350. It consists of a house either newly erected or in the course of erection in the Leafield Road on a plot of 160 square yards. The 1933 document is written by Mary Elizabeth TAYLOR of South Croydon, Surrey, Widow, who is the representative of Harriet Emmerson, appointed by the Will of the latter. It records that Lucy Robinson, who is now a Widow, has paid off the mortgage.
