Elizabeth JONES (deceased) of Hope Mansell, Herefordshire, the wife of Thomas JONES SUBJECT We are told that Jonathan Rudge, Henry Rudge and Thomas Edwards, are Trustees who hold property belonging to Elizabeth Jones. (This looks like a case where prior to her marriage, Elizabeth Jones put her own property into the hands of Trustees in order to keep it at arm's length from her husband!). The new Trustees, following the death of Elizabeth Jones, are now selling a plot of land in Hope Mansell to Samuel Jones for £7. It is a plot of 22 perches adjoining the garden of Samuel Jones. Benjamin Poole is acting as a Trustee for Samuel Jones and plays little real part.
