PARTIES
James MOILLIET of Cheyney Court, Parish of Bishops Froome, Herefordshire. Esquire.
James Keir MOILLIET OF Abberley, Worcestershire. Esquire.
(We are told that James Keir Moilliet is the eldest son of James Moilliet)

SUBJECT
James Moilliet is conveying property in and around Bishops Froome to his son "in consideration of the natural love and affection" which he bears him.

The property is listed in detail in three schedules, one of which lists 39 pieces of land totalling 178 acres. A small proportion of the land is marked on the enclosed plans. The whole of the Manor of Hammonds Froome and the mansion house called Cheyney Court are included.

We are told of various indentures of 1867, 1873 and 1974, in which James Moilliet (senior) acquired these properties.
