Frederick Herbert VERRALL of Worthing, Sussex. Solicitor. SUBJECT This is a settlement prior to the marriage of Amelia West and Frederick Gayford. Amelia West is the owner of the properties listed in the Schedule to the document and is placing them all in the hands of the two Verralls as Trustees. The property consists of about 11 houses in various parts of Worthing, all of which had been in the ownership of Robert Henry WEST (and had presumably come into the hands of Amelia West from him). The Memoranda on the back cover give details of the sale of some of the properties at various dates from 1918 to 1953.
