Henry James BLUNDELL of 2 Litbekland (:) Road, Bootle, Lancashire. Plasterer. Joseph MAGUIRE of 78 Shaw Street, Liverpool, Lancashire. Surgeon. SUBJECT The Indenture relates to a plot of land of 450 square yards containing the houses numbers 21, 23, 25 and 27 Leicester Road, Bootle. We are told that Henry Blundell acquired a lease for 999 years on this plot in 1907. He then mortgaged it to Joseph Walter Smith for £550 in the same year. Henry Blundell is now selling the equity of redemption in the property to Joseph Maguire for £230. This implies that the residue of the lease is sold to Joseph Maguire, who also takes over responsibility for the mortgage. | ||||||||||||
