Henry SELBY of Newgate Street, City of London, Glazier. Robert HALL of Great Chart Street, Hoxton, Middlesex. Gentleman. SUBJECT The Indenture concerns a parcel of grround called The Moneyers Land in the Parish of St Leonard, Shoreditch, Middlesex, with a brick messuage known as No 76 Moneyers Street erected on it. We are told that a lease has been granted on this property in 1816 and that the residue of the lease is now in the hands of Robert Hall. He is surrendering the old lease in return for a new 73 year lease at a rent of £3/3/-d per annum. A Memorandum dated 1862 has been added on the back which relates to a bequest of the residue of the lease to Edmund WOODCOCK of Leeds, Yorkshire, Surgeon Dentist. | |||||||||||
