SUBJECT The Indenture concerns a mortgage on property in Walsall which consists of 6 houses numbers 50 52 54 56 58 and 60 Moncrieffe Street. A 99-year underlease on this property had been granted in 1901 and is now in the hands of Edward, Bolton and Harry Joberns who are in partnership trading as Joseph Joberns & Co. They are mortgaging the property to Charles Gameson for £600. The second Indenture of 1924 tells us that Charles Gameson died in 1921 having appointed Arthur Gameson, Arthur Ennals and his wife EDITH MARIA GAMESON as executors. The latter died in 1921. The object of the 1924 Indenture is to transfer the mortgage from the two surviving executors to Arthur Gameson, Arthur Ennals and Thomas Gameson jointly. | ||||||||||||
