SUBJECT The document begins by reciting that Richard Brice died in 1847 leaving a Will in which he left his wife Emma an annuity of �400. This was to be paid in equal shares by his 4 sons out of the estate which was left to them. The four sons were Henry, Francis (parties hereto), William and Richard. Emma Brice died in February 1861. Henry Brice is now selling his share of the estate to Robert Rowsell for �172. It consists of a parcel of pasture land of two acres at Saltmoor in the parish of Lyng. | ||||||||||||||||||||
