Alfred IZOD of Evesham, Worcestershire. Gentleman. Thomas SMITH (decease) of Bishampton, Worcestershire. Yeoman. SUBJECT The document begins by reciting the Will of Thomas Smith who died in May 1850. He left his estate to two trustees, John Curnock and William Nightingale, who were to sell everything and divide the proceeds amongst the 5 children (not named) of his late sister Mary JAMES. There are also two bequests of £100 to his two putative children (not named). Accordingly, John Curnock and William Nightingale have sold property in Bishampton by public auction to William Cossnett for £82/10/-d. the property consists of a cottage with garden and orchard. Alfred IZOD appears to act only as some sort of Trustee and plays little real part.
