(Gentleman) Robert Voss of the Vestry Hall, Bethnal Green, Middlesex. (Gentleman) SUBJECT This is a settlement made by Esther Wall of her own property into the hands of trustees, Arthur Gaubert and John Rea, in anticipation of her marriage to John Braden. The property consists of 6 leasehold dwellinghouses at numbers 1 - 6 Sidmouth Terrace, Commercial Road, Parish of St Giles, Camberwell, Surrey. In the second indenture of 1875, we are told that Arthur Gaubert has since died and that John Rea wishes to be discharged from his duties as Trustee.
