Thsi is the second part of a contract of sale by Lease and Release in which Thomas Tucker is buying property in Wells, Somerset, from Francis Drake for £500. It consists of a Public House called the Eaton Inn at Eaton in the Parish of St Cutherbert, and includes a garden and orchard of 1 acre. We are told that Francis Drake had acquired the property in January 1826.
