Thsi is the second part of a contract of sale by Lease and Release in which Thomas Tucker is buying property in Wells, Somerset, from Francis Drake for £500. It consists of a Public House called the Eaton Inn at Eaton in the Parish of St Cutherbert, and includes a garden and orchard of 1 acre. We are told that Francis Drake had acquired the property in January 1826. Henry Burfoot and George Wilkins are acting only as Trustees for Francis Drake and Thomas Tucker respectively and play little real part.
