Henry Adfield is paying £150 to the mortgagees in part repayment and £110 direct to Frederick Hill. The property is at 90 Cleveland Road, Chichester, Sussex. It appears that it was bought in 1913 by Frances Martha Hill (who presumably is a relative of Frederick Hill).
