Summary of contents:
PARTIES Jane KING the wife of William KING, of 38 Ladbroke Square, Middlesex. Gentleman. John Robertson REEP of 4 Great Saint Thomas Apostle, City of London. Gentleman. SUBJECT The Indenture relates to two properties at numbers 72 and 80 Portsdown Road, Maida Hill, Middlesex. Each of these properties had 80 year leases granted on them starting in 1870. The residue of both leases came into the hands of Jane King on the day before this Indenture. We are told that as Jane and William King have borrowed £1000 from John Reep on the security of other houses at numbers 86 and 90 Portsdown Road. Now the two additional houses numbers 72 and 80 are also being charged with the repayment of the same mortgage. In the second Indenture of 1892 we are told that the mortgage has been repaid and the leasehold properties are being surrendered to Jane and William King.
