(Gentleman) Robert Dawson Otter of Everton, Nottinghamshire. (Gentleman) SUBJECT The document begins by reciting that in February 1833 Robert Otter mortgaged property in Everton and Mattersey to the other 3 parties for £400. Robert Otter then defaulted on the mortgage but has since paid all interest up to date. He is now repaying the principal sum of £400 and George Maw, Matthew Maw and Enoch Margrve are surrendering the property to him. It consists of: 1) Close of land of 3 acres called North Field Close in the North Field of Everton 2) Close of land of 9 acres called Everton Hills in the Common lands of Everton 3) Close of inclosed land of 3 acres called Spectacle Close at Mattersey
