Subject This appears to be the second part of a sale by Lease and Release since we are told that a Lease for a Year was made on the previous day. The two Cliff Richmonds and the two John Harris are selling property in Langeview, Monmouthshire, to William Davies for £100. It is a piece of meadow of 6 acres known as Gworloed (?) Gleebe and is on the North side of the highway from Usk to Monmouth. We are told that Cliff Richmond the younger is the eldest son and heir of Cliff Richmond the elder. Similarly John Harris the younger is the eldest son and heir of John Harris the elder.
