SUBJECT The document begins by reciting that John Pullen Burry of Sompting, Yeoman, died in 1891 having appointed the first three named above as his executors. The executors are now disposing of his property and in this Indenture William Wenban Smith is paying £370 for a plot of 178ft x 68ft on the West side of Park Road in Worthing, Sussex. The plan shows other adjacent property which had belonged to John Pullen Burry including several other parcels since purchased by William Wenban Smith.
