SUBJECT The Somerville Park Estate Company is selling property in Poulton cum Seacombe to Elizabeth Owens for £187/8/3d. It consists of two terraced houses at numbers 4 and 6 Pendennis Road in Somerville Park. We are told that the two huses were built by Philip Owens and that the Somerville Park Company "some time ago agreed with Philip Owens for the sale thereof to him" at this price, but that Philip Owens has in fact decided that they should be sold to his wife. The plan of the property also shows that Philip Owens appears to own another nearby house in Sherwood Road.
