PARTIES Charles BENYON of 55 Bennett Street, Newton Hyde, Cheshire. Electrician. The Ashton under Lyne Stamford Permanent Benefit Building Society. SUBJECT Charles Benyon is borrowing £200 from the Ashton under Lyne Building Society on a mortgage on number 55 Bennett Street, Newton, Cheshire. The document contains a schedule detailing Indentures relating to other houses at numbers 57, 59, 61 and 65 Bennett Street which had originally formed part of the same plot. An Indenture of Further Charge of 1926 has been added at the end in which Charles Benyon borrows a further £200 from the same building society. Then an acknowledgment has been added in 1927 indicating that the mortgage has been paid off.
