SUBJECT We are told that Ralph Goodwin had borrowed £62/10/-d from the Town and Country Building Society on a mortgage on property in Brown Edge, Norton in the Moors. Evidently, he defaulted on the repayments and the Building Society are now selling the property to William Holdcroft for £75.
