Constance Homer of London Fields, Dudley, Worcestershire. Spinster Arthur Hough of High Street, Kingswinford, Staffordshire. Greengrocer. SUBJECT We are told that John Rhodes Homer acquired a plot of land in Kingswinford, Staffordshire in 1909 and then mortgaged it to Constance Homer for £300 in the same year. John Homer was required to repay the mortgage 'on a day now past'. Constance Homer is now selling the property to Arthur Hough for £285. the plot is in Water Street, Kingswinford, and contains 4 houses numbered, 17, 18, 19 and 19a. A memorandum added later says that Arthur Hough sold the houses numbers 19 and 19a in 1928. | |||||||||||||
