Solicitor Mary Elizabeth Haslehurst of 3 Alexandra Terrace, Stretford, Lancashire. Spinster (Additional parties to the later indentures) Geoffrey Herbert Cooper of 2 Booth Street, Manchester. Solicitor Robert Jones Cheshire of 2 Booth Street, Manchester. Cashier SUBJECT This document contains three separate indentures, all relating to a plot of land in Dartmouth Road, Chorlton cum Hardy, containing ten dwellinghouses numbered 22 - 40 inclusive, even numbers only. In the first indenture (1909) the owner of the plot, Chorltonville Limited, is mortgaging it to Joshua Renshaw, Charles Cooper, and Mary Haslehurst for £1800. By the time of the second indenture (1916) we are told that both Mary Haslehurst and Charles Cooper have died. As a result the mortgage is being transferred to two new people - Geoffrey Cooper and Robert Cheshire. Joshua Renshaw remains one of the mortgagees as before. Finally, in 1921 Chorltonville Limited have repaid the mortgage and the property is reconveyed to them. | ||||||||||||
