SUBJECT William Ward is mortgaging property in Barton upon Irwell, Lancashire, to the Eccles Building Society for £290. It appears to consist of two dwellinghouses at numbers 18 and 29 Francis Street. We are told that William Ward also previously owned numbers 14 and 16 Francis Street, but sold them in June 1892. An undated Memorandum on the back records that the mortgage has been repaid.
