Esquire. SUBJECT We are told that James Pike and Reginald Toogood are acting as the Executors of the Will of George Elliott who died in January 1906. They are selling a plot of land in Pirbright Road, Farnborough, to Frederick Clayton for £275. It appears that this part of an estate which has been laid out as building plots but not yet built upon. There is a lengthy schedule specifying the permitted use of the land. A second schedule lists other indentures relevant to the property from 1860 - 1902. A George Henry Elliott appears in all transactions (mainly mortgages) from 1860 to 1877. George Henry Blois Elliott first appears in 1877.
