SUBJECT The document begins by telling us of the death of Henry Cocks in 1894 and of his will in which Thomas Barron and Henry Graham were appointed Executors and Trustees. The Executors are now selling some of Henry Cocks' property for £142 to Richard Hobson. It consists of a parcel of land with 2 dwelling houses numbered 2 and 3 Pemberton Terrace, Killinghall, in the Parish of Middleton St George, County Durham.
