SUBJECT The document begins with a long preamble telling us that William Pym Needham is "Great Grandson and Heir at Law of John Campion the elder of Nottingham by Ann his wife, both deceased, and Grand Nephew and Heir at Law of John Campion the younger of Nottingham, Joiner, who was the ony son of the said John Campion the elder - that is to say - only Surviving Son and Heir at Law of William Needham of Wragby, Lincolnshire, Grocer, which said William Needham was the only Surviving Son and Heir of William Needham the elder of Wragby, Glazier, by Elizabeth his wife, both deceased, which said Elizabeth was the only surviving sister of the said John Campion the younger and daughter of John Campion the elder and Ann his wife".
